Plants are more than just pretty or nutritious, they are used in a wide variety of medications, herbal remedies and, of course, tea. Certain plants, however, are poisonous and should be avoided at all costs, not to mention stinging nettles found along numerous hiking trails – more a nuisance but also avoided! Come learn about these different types of plants! Free for children under 12, $9 for adults. The tours run from 10:00am -12:30pm.
